Sarah Mandel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her Master’s degree from Rutgers, Graduate School of Social Work and her Bachelor of Nursing from Pace University, Lienhard School of Nursing. 

She provides individual psychotherapy and couples counseling. Sarah’s experience in mental health settings helped her develop the essential skills to offer the most effective and caring therapeutic experience in a trusting environment. Additionally, she has had years of experience working in medical settings providing therapy to patients receiving cancer treatment to improve their overall coping and well-being.

With her unique dual background, Sarah is a multifaceted and gifted therapist. She is warm, knowledgeable and perceptive. Sarah enables her clients to look honestly at themselves and learn how to take their own steps in healing and transformation. Ongoing training in EMDR therapy and in Imago Relationship therapy, along with other means of remaining active in the field of psychotherapy, consistently play a role in Sarah’s practice to ensure the most current and ethical therapeutic approaches for her clients.
